Membership Options

Student $30.00 OTA / COTA $45.00 OT / OTR $60.00

Membership will not be complete until the IOTA office receives membership information. Please mail in a complete membership application to the IOTA office at PO Box 47803, Indianapolis, IN  46247(or scan a copy to info@inota.com) and indicate that you have paid using PayPal.

The cost of membership is calculated with the interest of the member in mind. The IOTA also accepts donations that contribute to serving our members and our profession.

OT / OTR - $60 per year
OTA / COTA - $45 per year
Auxiliary Member (Member in which IOTA is a secondary state membership) - $30 per year
Student - $30 per year
