The Indiana Occupational Therapy Association (IOTA) is hosting our 2020 Fall Conference on Saturday, December 5th, 2020. The conference is being held virtually!!  The IOTA Fall Conference is a great opportunity to highlight your product, company, or employment opportunities to local occupational therapy practitioners and students. IOTA is offering several options for your company to reach the 2020 Fall Conference attendees.

IOTA FALL CONFERENCE SPONSOR OPTIONS:

Sponsorship is an effective way to market to healthcare professionals who are interested in your company’s product or service. Regardless of Sponsorship Level, all sponsors will be recognized on the IOTA Facebook page, in a slideshow that will run throughout the conference, and in email blasts to attendees. All sponsors will have access to attendee contact information as well. 

Gold Level Sponsorship-$300

  • Sponsor a presentation
  • Logo and product/service description will appear at the beginning of the presentation
  • A 1 minute pre-recorded video will play at the beginning of the presentation
  • This video will also play on a loop with other sponsor videos during 3 different breaks through the day
  • Sponsors will be recognized on the IOTA Facebook page, in a slideshow that will run throughout the conference, and in email blasts to attendees
  • All sponsors will have access to attendee contact information 

Silver Level Sponsorship-$200

  • A 30-second pre-recorded video will play on a loop with all sponsor vides during 3 different breaks throughout the day
  • Sponsors will be recognized on the IOTA Facebook page, in a slideshow that will run throughout the conference, and in email blasts to attendees
  • All sponsors will have access to attendee contact information 

Bronze Level Sponsorship-$100

  • Sponsors will be recognized on the IOTA Facebook page, in a slideshow that will run throughout the conference, and in email blasts to attendees
