Please join the IOTA Productive Aging SIS on Monday, March 11th from 7-8pm EST for a presentation on how Occupational Therapy plays a major role in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) of Northeast Indiana. PACE is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility. With PACE, one has a team of health care professionals working with them and their family to make sure they receive the coordinated care needed. PACE can be an integral part of the aging in place process that many seniors face today.

At the end of the presentation the participants will be able to:

-Describe OTs role in PACE of NEI

-Describe benefits of PACE in the ageing in place process

-Identify areas where PACE could expand to include more OTs

One FREE CEU for IOTA members, $10 for non-members!
